About Chesaray
Her heart bows to the the light of Jesus, the love of Amma, the clarity of Adyashanti, the power of David, the nurturing wisdom of Jeannie Zandi, the tireless support of Anrael, the Grace of Aurobindo and the Mother, the wild devotion of Ramakrishna, the lightness of Hilda, the Compassion of Tibetans, and the Peace of nature.
Chesaray has a deeply embodied understanding of fierce Grace, presence, and the power of integration. Since her teens, she has immersed herself wholeheartedly in the healing arts, psychological studies, and somatic approaches to embodied freedom. For over fifteen years, she is honored to have studied under a true Master, receiving profound teachings and wisdom from multiple lineages. Her life experience and rich transmissions have given her a unique and real approach to embodiment, creating a mosaic of knowledge she now shares with her students.
Rooted in a deep awareness that true freedom resides in embracing our full human experience, she supports students in deeply recognizing the power of life as our greatest teacher. Chesaray's offerings explore rich somatic meditations, co-inquiry space, and movement modalities soaked in palpable Grace. Education in trauma resilience and psychology allows her to balance the non-dual and diverse mystical teachings with down-to-earth, livable embodiment. As students connect with their inner strength and wisdom, she invites them to digest even the most challenging aspects of spiritual awakening. As the spiritual director of Loving Ground 501c3 Chesaray has created an approach to embodied living based in ancient wisdom and modern holistic approaches. She invites her students to discover the everpresent loving ground and lights a way to endless discovery.
Chesaray’s journey has been one of discovering that the grit and mess of life transformed is a gift of strength and depth. She has found her way through mind-blowing spiritual states and come to embody an abiding sense of presence and Grace as a healing gift. Integration has brought her a rich understanding of the profound simplicity of ordinary life, and a passion for the power of relational healing. To really live one's deepest realization, Chesaray encourages one to consider all of life, including work, family, and relationships as the spiritual practice of embodiment. She encourages anyone with a heart set on freedom to find rest in the stillness of being and embrace the lifelong study of what we are.

"Chesaray is the real deal. She holds an incredibly powerful and exquisitely gentle space for unfurling and awakening. She is true guide, not because she has answers, but because she is a clear and grounded mirror. I can hardly express how meaningful and powerful my sessions with Chesaray have been. I couldn't imagine being on this journey without her steadfast guidance and compassionate presence."
