Online Gatherings

​We will meet on Zoom, and create a dynamic group space for embodying what we love most. There will be a rhythm of embodied movement, calling in Divine support and flows, and somatic meditation. These practices support deepening into one's direct experience to prepare for meditation. People have found these gatherings a great place to receive energetic support for embodiment. Together we can explore and integrate life's many layers.
